SMC (Schmoclk Mechancial Contractors) are located in two locations in Southeast Alaska. The main office is located in Ketchikan where SMC was started over 75 years ago by Hugo Schmolck who is pictured above on the far left. Next to him is his wife Gladys who recently just turned 100! Next to her is Bill Goodale and Bob Tucker. This picture was taken in Ketchikan in the early 50's. Today SMC has opened up another shop in the beautiful coastal town of Sitka, Alaska.
